Company DescriptionShreeji SoftInfo Consultancy LLP has been delivering Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM services since 2015.Our team of certified consultants specializes in the advisory, acquisition, design, implementation, integration, maintenance, and upgrading of Dynamics solutions.We also offer comprehensive assistance with Power Platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.We cater to clients across various sectors, including manufacturing, trading, service, construction, and travel industries in regions such as the USA, Canada, Mexico, UAE, India, and Singapore.Our mission is to provide the best business solutions at lower costs and in less time.Role Description- Manage and oversee all core HR processes.- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.- Handle personnel management, employee benefits, and payroll coordination.- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment efforts:- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.- Conducting interviews and managing selection processes.- Driving campus hiring and external recruitment partnerships.- Enhance and manage the employee onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires.- Conduct and support performance reviews, appraisals, and career development plans.- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.- Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce 3+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration.- Skilled in Personnel Management.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara.- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
