We are Hiring General Manager- Service


Job Description for General Manager-


  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the profitability and efficiency of the dealership
  • Lead and manage a team of department managers and staff to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and company policies and procedures
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the dealership's operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust dealership operations and strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
  • Identify training and development needs for staff and ensure they receive necessary training to perform their roles effectively.
  • Handling workload of around 1500+ vehicles.


Requirement-


  • At least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends, as well as a solid understanding of dealership operations and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational and financial issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering(B.tech or M.tech) or a related field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with dealership management systems and other automotive software programs.
  • A proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
