Role Description

The Lean Co. is seeking a Catalog Manager for a full-time on-site role in Mumbai. The Catalog Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to catalog management, including organizing and maintaining product listings, updating pricing information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date product descriptions on various Ecommerce Marketplaces & Shopify. The Catalog Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless catalog operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Daily Tasks

• Brand Approval on leading marketplaces
• Single and Bulk Listings on New platforms
• Ensure smooth integration between OMS, Courier Aggregator, Website, Marketplace etc
• Make daily changes wrt Inventory, Offer, Pricing etc. to the listing
• Competition benchmarking w.r.t. Pricing, Offers, Keywords, Listing etc.
• Create Offers Deals, Coupons etc. on Shopify and various Marketplaces
• A+ Cataloguing
• Maintaining Brand Store on Marketplaces
• Grouping -> Parent - Child
• Change pricing as per Amazon / Flipkart costing monthly / quarterly updates
• Ensure Listing Quality Dashboard is free from issues
• Handle Search Suppressed and Inactive Listings other listing quality issues on market places
• Various Business and Listing Quality Reports
• Ensure Catalogue Quality Score on Marketplaces
• Coordinate with seller support to resolve various issues

Salary

• CTC from Rs. 4,50,000/- to Rs. 6,50,000/-
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm OR 10 am to 7 pm

Skills

• Well versed with excel especially basic formulae like Vlookup, Trim, Count, Sum, If conditions, Concat, Min-Max, Replace, Substitute, Left-Right-Mid, Average, Pivot etc.
