Job Description- Responsible for managing the production support & Delivery for the most critical application of the bank.- Core banking.- Developing and executing the support strategy of technology by achieving objectives and goals.- Responsibilities include, guiding and mentoring the team and delivering unique service by providing high quality of support.- The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfil business and functional requirements.- Responsible for managing the SDLC of Change management in Core banking from business requirements to technical specifications, delivery and post implementation maintenance activities.- Accountable for support and manage Core Banking system that can impact the bank with huge financial losses, reputational issues, regulator warnings/penalties and also can incur huge operational losses.- Responsible to lead the Core Production Support function at Technology within the SLA, schedule, budget and scope parameters, including testing & overseeing the quality and compliance controls throughout the project life-cycle.- The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfil business and functional -
