Join us in helping leading organizations unlock the value of technology and drive scalable, sustainable growth.Your RoleAs a Mendix Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying complex, high-performance applications using the Mendix platform. You will guide a team of Mendix developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Industry knowledge in Energies, Oil & Gas is an added advantage.In this role, you will:Lead the design and implementation of Mendix web and mobile applications.Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to understand requirements.Implement SSO and RBAC using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).Maintain quality and consistency of applications through best practices.Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for Mendix applications, automating builds and deployments.Test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.Monitor application health (speed, memory, CPU, disk usage) and ensure high performance.Document architecture, design decisions, and configurations.Provide solutions that enhance business value and improve application features.Mentor and manage team members, fostering collaboration and growth.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.Your Profile9–12 years of experience in IT with 5+ years in Mendix development.Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (required); Mendix Expert Certification (preferred).Proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Studio.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.Experience with REST, SOAP, XML integrations.Familiarity with MSSQL or PostgreSQL databases.Hands-on experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).Knowledge of CI/CD practices for Mendix applications.Understanding of industrial operations and energy sector applications is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams.What You’ll Love About Working HereWe value flexibility and support our employees with remote work options and adaptable schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Our inclusive culture brings together diverse professionals committed to growth, innovation, and excellence.You’ll have access to continuous learning opportunities and certifications in emerging technologies like low-code platforms and cloud services.About UsAt Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
