We firmly believe thatdigital solutions should align with and support the long-term health of our planet .Role Overview: This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of corporate law, technology, and compliance . You’ll work closely with ourmanagement teamandexternal counselsto supportcorporate structuring, contracts, and governance initiatives— ensuring all business operations remain compliant withIndian and international laws .The position requiresinitiative, clarity of thought,and the ability totranslate complex legal frameworks into practical business steps .Key Responsibilities: Corporate Legal & Governance Draft, review, and maintainboard resolutions, company policies, contracts,andinternal governance documentation . Ensure statutory compliance with theCompanies Act, 2013and other applicable corporate regulations. Liaise withROC, banks,andregulatory bodiesas needed. Technology & Cyber Law Compliance Assist indata governance ,digital policy formation , andIT Act–related compliance . Coordinate withtechnology and management teamsto align digital operations with evolving legal standards. Draft and reviewdata protection, information security,andvendor agreements . Legal Strategy & Coordination Work withsenior advocates and external counselon corporate and regulatory matters. Preparesummaries, filings,anddocumentationfor legal or compliance proceedings when required. Managelegal timelines, filings,andrecord-keepingfor accuracy and consistency. Documentation & Risk Management Draft and vetagreements, NDAs, vendor contracts,andpolicy documents . Maintain an organized repository oflegal records and corporate filings . Identify potentialrisksand proposepreventive strategiesaligned with business objectives.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)– enrollment with theBar Council of Keralapreferred. 2–7 yearsof experience incorporate law, compliance,orcyber lawroles. Working knowledge of theCompanies Act, IT Act,anddigital compliance frameworks . Excellentdrafting and communication skillsinEnglish and Malayalam . Strongcoordination, organization,anddocumentationabilities.Preferred Attributes: Analytical and detail-orientedwith sound judgment. Comfortable working infast-moving, multi-jurisdictional business environments . Interest intechnology, digital compliance,andemerging areas of law .
