Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager who is not just an organizer, but a doer and driver of execution.

This role requires someone with sharp attention to detail, relentless follow-up skills, and the ability to get work done across multiple teams and stakeholders.

You'll be the execution backbone of our Tech and D2C initiatives-managing timelines, aligning teams, and ensuring every project (from product launches to digital campaigns) lands successfully and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Create clear project plans with timelines, milestones, and accountability trackers.

- Follow-ups & Discipline: Ensure rigorous follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors-no delays, no loose ends.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the central point of execution between Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance.

- Problem Solving: Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum.

- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor deliverables against KPIs, prepare structured updates, and escalate risks where required.

- Vendor & Partner Management: Drive accountability with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

- Process Building: Implement SOPs, checklists, and dashboards for structured and transparent project Experience: 3+ years in project management, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments.

- Execution Hustler: Proven record of driving projects to completion-fast, accurate, and without constant supervision

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Sharp focus on timelines, dependencies, and project details.

- Strong Communicator: Can influence and push multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver on time.

- Resilient & Adaptable: Works well in high-pressure, growth-stage environments with shifting priorities.

- Tools Expertise: Comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related fields.

- PMP/Agile certification is an advantage.
