About SaveIN :SaveIN is an Indian healthcare-focused fintech platform that makes private medical and wellness services more accessible and affordable by enabling patients to pay through zero-cost monthly installments (EMIs).It operates a large marketplace connecting customers with a trusted network of 7,000+ healthcare providers across 100+ cities in India, empowering people to access quality care when they need it.About the Role :SaveIN is looking for a talented and motivated Full-Time Designer with 1- 2 years of experience to join our creative and product design team.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that strengthen our fintech product experience, brand identity, and :- Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for mobile and web.- Build and maintain Design System components, ensuring scalable and consistent UI patterns.- Use Figma Auto-Layout, variants, and advanced component structures to build efficient, responsive screens.- Develop design assets such as icons, illustrations, banners, product visuals, and more.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into intuitive designs.- Conduct basic user research and apply UX best practices.- Produce high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and developer-ready assets.- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights.- Utilize AI tools (design generation, content assistance, research, automation) to speed up workflows and enhance output quality.Required Skills :- Strong command of Figma, including Auto-Layout, components, variants, responsive design, and prototyping.- Experience working with or contributing to a Design System.- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.- Strong visual design senselayout, color, typography, and spacing.- Basic motion design skills (bonus).- Ability to leverage AI tools for design exploration, user insights, creative ideas, and faster execution.- High attention to detail with strong creative problem-solving mindset.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.Qualifications :- 2- 4 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX / Visual Designer.- Portfolio showcasing strong UI design, visual craft, and component-based design work (ref:hirist.tech)
