About the Role SaveIN is looking for a talented and motivated Full-Time Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our creative and product design team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that strengthen our fintech product experience, brand identity, and communication. Responsibilities Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for mobile and web. Build and maintain Design System components , ensuring scalable and consistent UI patterns. Use Figma Auto-Layout , variants, and advanced component structures to build efficient, responsive screens. Develop design assets such as icons, illustrations, banners, product visuals , and more. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into intuitive designs. Conduct basic user research and apply UX best practices. Produce high-fidelity screens, prototypes , and developer-ready assets. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights. Utilize AI tools (design generation, content assistance, research, automation) to speed up workflows and enhance output quality. Required Skills Strong command of Figma , including Auto-Layout, components, variants, responsive design, and prototyping. Experience working with or contributing to a Design System . Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong visual design sense—layout, color, typography, and spacing. Basic motion design skills (bonus). Ability to leverage AI tools for design exploration, user insights, creative ideas, and faster execution. High attention to detail with strong creative problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience. 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX / Visual Designer . Portfolio showcasing strong UI design , visual craft, and component-based design work.
