Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Management:
  2. Oversee the entire production process of electrical control panels, including assembly, wiring, testing, and quality assurance.
  3. Reduce production Cost and Order delivery time by reducing manufacturing cycle time through standardizing work in process in respect of type of work at different level and steps, even for non-standard panels and other all types of panels.
  4. all types of panel from fabrication to after sales service which include fabrication, design, Bill of material & its requirement, Bus bar, Assembly, wiring, mounting, Client inspection, dispatch & testing, troubleshooting and operational setting of all type of panels, Switchgear, relays, ACB, MCCB ,Auto changeover, PCC, MCC, Draw out panel, Main L.T panel, capacitor panel, PLC panel, Main distribution Board and Relay control panel (H.T), Auto C/O , PDB & all other panels, Distribution boards & Switchgear products.
  5. Undertook process improvement along with enhancing productivity. Successfully install pneumatic lines and tools at shop in 'Neptune and BCH 'and train workmen, to use pneumatic tools.
  6.  Self-motivated and hands on Individual with High Integrity and good interpersonal skills. Persuasive & manage multiple tasks, juggle priorities and work within tight deadlines.
  7. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  8. Monitor production targets and productivity levels, ensuring that production goals are met.
  9. Ensure adherence to customer specifications and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
  10. Manage the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across departments.
  11. Team Leadership and Training:
  12. Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operators.
  13. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge in electrical control panel manufacturing.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and offer feedback to team members for improvement.
  15. Quality Control & Assurance:
  16. Ensure all control panels are manufactured in compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO).
  17. Develop and implement quality control processes, including routine inspections and testing.
  18. Address and resolve quality issues, ensuring that defective units are identified and rectified before delivery.
  19. Coordinate with the QA/QC team to perform final testing and certification.
  20. Inventory and Resource Management:
  21. Ensure proper inventory management of materials and components required for production.
  22. Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of high-quality raw materials and components.
  23. Optimize the use of resources to reduce wastage and improve cost-efficiency.
  24. Health, Safety, and Compliance:
  25. Ensure the production facility adheres to safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.
  26. Promote a culture of safety within the production team, conducting regular safety training sessions.
  27. Monitor and mitigate any safety hazards during the manufacturing process.
  28. Process Improvement:
  29. Continuously review and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  30. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and improve throughput.
  31. Use data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and other areas for improvement.
  32. Customer Coordination:
  33. Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure that customer requirements are met on time.
  34. Participate in the review of client specifications and provide technical support as needed.
  35. Ensure that custom electrical control panels meet the specific needs and standards of clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  3. Experience:
  4. Minimum of 10 - 17 years of experience in production management in the electrical/control panel manufacturing industry Only.
  5. Proven track record of managing large teams and handling complex production processes.
  6. Strong understanding of electrical panel design, wiring, and testing.
  7. Experience with PLC, SCADA, and other automation systems is desirable.
  8. Certifications:
  9. Relevant certifications in production management, quality control, or safety (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO certifications) are preferred.
