A law firm is looking for a professional with strong expertise in bidding and tender management, particularly with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and other government or institutional entities.Key Responsibilities: • Identify and track upcoming tenders across various government and PSU portals. • Prepare, compile, and submit bids and proposals in compliance with tender requirements. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with officials and departments where tenders are released. • Proactively pursue opportunities and leverage networks to bring relevant tenders and projects to the organization. • Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate submission of all bid- related documentation.Required Experience & Skills: • Proven experience in filing and managing tenders and bids, especially with PSUs and government departments. • 3-6 years of experience • Excellent understanding of tender documentation, eligibility criteria, and submission procedures. • Strong communication, coordination, and management skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple submissions simultaneously.
