AI/ML Engineer :

We are hiring an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join a high-growth fintech product team working on next-generation AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.), and end-to-end ML model development.


Key Responsibilities :

- Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML/DL models for NLP, Recommendation, Classification, etc.

- Design and integrate Generative AI models for intelligent automation and decision-making.

- Work with Agentic frameworks to build autonomous AI workflows and agents.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement ML solutions in production.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve results.

- Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and applied ML frameworks.


Required Skills :

- 35 years of AI/ML experience with a focus on Gen AI and LLMs.

- Hands-on with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc.

- Strong experience with one or more Agentic frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS), RAG pipelines.

- Experience in building and deploying ML APIs using Flask or FastAPI.

- Good understanding of model evaluation, training pipelines, and MLOps.


Good to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for model deployment.

- Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD for ML lifecycle.

- Experience working in a product startup environment.
