- Order Management: Oversee the order process from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are managed effectively.
- Customer Support: Offer post-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and training on machine operation and maintenance to pharma customers .
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product datasheets, and service guides.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to relevant departments to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide relevant insights and recommendations for product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or customer support, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing sector.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of press and packaging machines, including their mechanical and operational aspects.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales through technical knowledge, client engagement, and effective proposal development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical issues and customer concerns effectively.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
