  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or customer support, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing sector.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of press and packaging machines, including their mechanical and operational aspects.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales through technical knowledge, client engagement, and effective proposal development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical issues and customer concerns effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
