The incumbent will be responsible for developing sector-specific strategies, deepening client relationships, and ensuring comprehensive risk and insurance solutions are provided in line with industry standards.Key Responsibilities: P&L leader for Pharma & Chemical Identify and target potential clients within thePharmaceutical and Chemical industriesfor corporate insurance solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned business targets. Conduct detailed risk assessments and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable insurance programs. Manage the end-to-end client engagement cycle – from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, to policy placement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and risk exposures specific to the Pharma and Chemical sectors. Collaborate with the Claims and Servicing teams to ensure timely support and client satisfaction. Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums to enhance market visibility.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of risk exposures and insurance requirements within thePharma and Chemical industries. Proven sales and business development experience incorporate or commercial insurance. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to design and present customized insurance solutions. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple client portfolios.
