Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute testing activities for complex software applications, encompassing functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing, ensuring the reliability and performance of our software products.

- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to validate software functionality and performance, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, leveraging automation tools and techniques to streamline testing processes.

- Mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance and support in test planning, execution, and analysis, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the quality of our testing efforts.

- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize testing activities, and ensure alignment on testing priorities throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Analyze test results meticulously, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

- Participate actively in the identification and resolution of software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and maintain the integrity of our software products.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies and tools, continuously improving our testing processes and capabilities to meet evolving requirements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Extensive experience in software testing, with a focus on functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases, with a demonstrated ability to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.

- Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks, utilizing automation tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to effectively interact with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing test results, identifying trends, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.

- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies and tools.
