Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute testing activities for complex software applications, with a specific focus on functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.

- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases tailored to validate software functionality and performance within trading platforms.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, particularly in scenarios unique to trading platforms.

- Mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance and support in test planning, execution, and analysis, with a particular emphasis on trading platform testing techniques.

- Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Analyze test results meticulously, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Participate actively in the identification and resolution of software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution, particularly in the context of trading platform intricacies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies and tools, particularly those relevant to trading platforms, and incorporate them into our testing processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on trading platforms for web and mobile applications.

- Strong expertise in functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies, particularly in the context of trading platforms.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter).

- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide and support junior team members in testing activities.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to effectively interact with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
