Position Summary: As an Audit Industry CHAMP AM/ TL, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the CHAMP sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities:-Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, andmanufacturing sectors.-Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.-Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP andother regulatory standards.-Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.-Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.-Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.Qualifications:-CA & CPA are preferred.-5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit.-Strong understanding of audit methodologies and accounting principles.-Experience with CHAMP industries is a plus.-Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.-Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.Why CohnReznick?-Certified Great Place to Work and one of Newsweek's Most Loved Workplaces.-Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.-Opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and work-life balance.-Access to cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading methodologies.
