About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js, Node.js, and Python, who has hands-on expertise in building scalable Fintech applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-performance solutions, writing clean code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable web applications.

- Build reusable front-end components using React.js with modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.

- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data models.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.

- Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with fintech industry standards.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack (front-end, backend, and DB).

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API).

- Expertise in Node.js and experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.

- Solid knowledge of Python for backend/microservices development.

- Experience working with databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of Fintech applications, payment systems, or financial services domain.

- Good knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

- Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and attention to detail.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience in event-driven architecture, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with security frameworks like OAuth2, JWT, PCI compliance.

- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
