About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ). The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, product managers) to deliver features on time.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), , ,, , MongoDB.
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/GitHub/GitLab.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) is a plus.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
