In Customer Success, you'll be the friendly face and voice of Meritto, guiding our clients every step of the way. Your day will be spent building relationships, troubleshooting issues, and celebrating wins with clients as they see the impact of our solutions firsthand.

Proactively engage with customers right from the time of inception throughout the entire life-cycle of the customer which includes strategic and tactical guidance, client on-boarding, usage tracking, consultancy, training, meetings, workshop, upsell and renewal.

You must have high levels of self-motivation, excellent relationship management and the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Scale overall revenue and profit of the organisation

- Revenue Growth:

- Core Business: Meritto (CRM) and Collexo (Payment automation cloud)

- Non-Core Business: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, ChatBot, Voice Broadcast, Payments & Telephony

- Key Responsibility: Communication Business

- Upsell, Cross-sell and Cost Corrections: To identify potential business opportunities

- Subject matter expert on Meritto (CRM) and Collexo (Payment automation cloud)

- Achieve key business goals and metrics defined

- Cross-team collaborations - Training and consultancy to internal stakeholder (CS & Sales team) & clients

- Product bundling, packaging, pricing schemes and driving internal competition to scale overall business

- Report & Analytics: Manage reports and generate actionable insights for all stakeholders

- Product ideas and suggestions to R&D team to exponentially scale overall business

- Operational tasks: All operational tasks to support revenue and profit growth of the organisation

- Any additional task defined by department and business leadership

What we're looking for:

- Candidate should have logical think-ability, business acumen, learnability, solution-oriented problem solving approach and good communication skills.

- Self-starter and highly motivated individual with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive and self-directed

- Passionate to learn and explore digital platforms and new-age Education Level: Business Management - B.Com, BBA or MBA(Desired)

- Overall work experience: 2 to 5 years

- Relevant Experience: Experience on WhatsApp Business API

- Supportive Skills: Business growth, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

- CRM Knowledge & Certifications: CRM, Marketing Automation softwares, Whatsapp Business API, Payments and Telephony systems.
