Role: Senior Storage Administrator
Exp: 6 to 8 yrs
Location: Mumbai(Jogeshwari)
Good understanding of design, implementation and troubleshooting of SAN and NAS technologies • Installing and configuring of Dell/HP/EMC/IBM storage boxes and fiber channel switches • In-depth understanding of day-day administration tasks such as LUN allocation/ deallocations, Zoning, Monitoring and Performance tuning, Capacity planning etc for onsite and offsite locations • Storage Health checks and reporting for Global locations • Firmware code upgrade • OEM coordination and follow-ups with Relevant Stakeholder • Capacity management and availability report. • Should be able to co-ordinate with respective OEMs to ensure SLA and during break fix • Ensure DR replication is in place • Should have good understanding of DR drills • Should be proficient in handling large setup with knowledge on troubleshooting of issues • Willing to work in shifts and travel across various locations in India • Should possess good communication skills • Should have about change management process • Root cause analysis
