Job Description: L2 Storage & Server Administrator (VDI) Location:Ghaziabad Experience:5+ Years Qualification:BE/B.Tech (CS / IT / Electronics) Shift:General (9×6) Interview:Final Technical RoundPRIMARY SKILLS Server & VDI Administration Monitor and troubleshootBlade servers, chassis, VxRail, and management servers Performfirmware updates, security patching, and log analysis Coordinate withOEM vendorsfor hardware issues MonitorvCenter (read-only) SupportDC migration, microcode upgrades , and documentation (SOP, POA) Storage Administration (PowerMax / ENAS / NAS) PerformPowerMax health checks Create/expandSRP, Storage Groups, LUNs, masking views ManageNAS file systems, shares, quotas, and departmental drives Handlevolume expansion, performance issues, and connectivity problems Performsnapshot cleanup, bandwidth control, and ENAS expansion Coordinate with OEM for storage incidents SECONDARY SKILLSBackup Administration ManageNetworker backups and tape operations MonitorData Domain health Performbackup, restore, and recovery activities Security & Compliance Followchange management ApplyOS, firmware, and security patches ImplementVAPT recommendations, ACL, and firewall updates Ensuresecure data deletion General Responsibilities SupportDR activities and SOP creation Monitor alerts and ensureSLA compliance Provide backup support to Storage & Backup L2 engineer Skills Required Strong experience withPowerMax, ENAS, NAS Hands-onVDI & VxRail infrastructure Backup tools:Networker, Data Domain Server & chassis hardware management Log analysis and troubleshooting skills Firmware, patching, and security compliance experience
