Job Title: Vice President Sales, Luxury Residential Property Management

Role Overview

The Vice President Sales (Luxury Residential Property Management) will be responsible for driving the growth, revenue, and positioning of the companys luxury residential property management portfolio. This senior leadership role is focused exclusively on high-end residential assets, catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), expatriates, and discerning investors seeking best-in-class property management services. The role combines strategic vision, relationship management, and sales excellence, ensuring that the company becomes the trusted partner of choice for luxury property owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored specifically for luxury residential property management services, with a focus on client acquisition, retention, and expansion.

- Client Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, developers, luxury brokers, and international investors, positioning the firm as their preferred property management partner.

- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in prime residential markets, gated communities, luxury condominiums, branded residences, and serviced apartments.

- Brand Positioning: Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that highlight the exclusivity, trust, and premium service of the firms offering in the luxury property management space.

- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new contracts and expanding existing portfolios under management.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, legal, finance, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

- Advisory Role: Provide insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and client needs, helping shape the overall business direction of the company.
