Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated mid-level Sales professional to join our team at Rayzon Solar Pvt. Ltd. This remote position is based in Rajkot, and involves leveraging innovative sales strategies to expand our business. The role demands expertise in salesforce CRM, digital platforms, and advanced sales techniques. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our teams to achieve the company's strategic goals in the solar industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in using salesforce CRM and other digital sales platforms for efficient sales management and customer relationship oversight.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying outbound sales strategies to target and capture new business opportunities effectively in the solar industry.
  • Skilled in social selling with the ability to leverage social media and networking platforms for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Experience in employing data-driven sales analytics to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Strong negotiation techniques that facilitate favorable outcomes in contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Familiarity with leading lead generation tools and techniques for capturing and nurturing quality leads through various channels.
  • Ability to manage and optimize sales funnels to improve conversion rates from initial contact through to final closing of sales deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively present the company's products and value proposition to potential clients.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the solar industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies and effective lead generation techniques.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement social selling techniques to increase brand visibility and engage with potential customers on various digital platforms.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to successfully close deals and achieve agreed-upon sales targets and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the benefits and unique features of our solar technology solutions.
