Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions in Oracle Cloud.

- Configure Work Definitions, Work Orders, Work Centers, Resources, Routing, BOMs, etc., in Fusion Manufacturing.

- Coordinate and conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot), UAT, and Go-Live activities.

- Prepare functional design documents (MD50) and work with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions (RICE components).

- Collaborate with other functional consultants across Inventory, Procurement, Costing, Planning, and Quality modules.

- Handle production support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues promptly.

- Assist in data migration activities using FBDI templates and ADFdi.

- Work closely with business users and key stakeholders to deliver scalable and optimized manufacturing processes on Oracle Cloud.

- Provide user training and support change management during deployment and Skills & Expertise Expertise in Oracle Fusion Modules :

- Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (core module)

- Knowledge of Inventory, Cost Management, Product Management, and Planning modules

- Good understanding of WIP, Work Orders, Routings, Resources, BOMs, Work Centers, and Work Experience In :

- Oracle Cloud Functional Setup Manager (FSM)

- Preparing setup documents, process flows, and training documentation

- FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI for reporting and data uploads

- Understanding of Standard Costing, Average Costing, and Cost Lifecycle Experience :

- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations

- CRP, UAT, SIT planning, execution, and documentation

- Issue tracking and closure during hypercare/post-go-live & Reporting Knowledge (Desirable) :

- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for Oracle Cloud integration

- Familiarity with BI Publisher and OTBI for Qualifications :

- Oracle Cloud Certification in Fusion Manufacturing (preferred)

- Experience in Discrete, Repetitive, or Process Manufacturing industries

- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall implementation methodologies

- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP financials or procurement (nice to have)


Soft Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong documentation and presentation skills

- Ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail

- Self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
