Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Order Management, RMA, and related functional configurations.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and the ability to design, configure, and optimize end-to-end order management processes in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional setups and configurations for Order Management and RMA processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

- Define, configure, and optimize orchestration flows to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.

- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and evaluate solution feasibility for business needs.

- Configure and manage subscription management, warranty setups, and installed base configurations.

- Support product lifecycle management through effective installed base setup and monitoring.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience in Fusion SCM / Cloud SCM functional setups.

- Expertise in Order Management and RMA-related configurations.

- Proven ability in orchestration flow definition and optimization.

- Solid understanding of Fit-Gap analysis and business requirement mapping.

- Experience with subscription management and warranty configurations.

- Knowledge of installed base configurations and product lifecycle processes.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.

Preferred :

- Exposure to Planning modules within Fusion SCM.

- SaaS SCM implementation experience in multiple industries.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Supply chain,Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related specialization (preferred).

- Relevant Oracle Cloud SCM certifications will be an added advantage
