This role is perfect for someone who isconfident, smart, talkative, and multilingual(Telugu,English, Hindi) . You will represent our brand voice, handle customer queries, support business partners, and ensure smooth collaboration across all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Demonstratestrong enthusiasm and a dedicated work ethicwhile contributing in a fast-pacedstartupenvironment. Serve as thefirst point of contactfor customers, partners, resolving queries on orders, deliveries, and product details. Conductcold callingwith customers and business partners, explaining offerings, business collaborations, operational support. Maintain consistentfollow-upsto build long-term trust with customers and partners. Coordinate withsuppliers, vendors, and internal teamsto ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Providepartner supportby resolving issues, streamlining communication, and ensuring smooth operations. Handle escalations withquick, smart decision-makingto ensure customer satisfaction. Represent Magicindi in aprofessional, polite, and customer-friendly mannerat all times. Chat support executive. Keep accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and resolutions.Qualifications & Skills Strong communication skills inTelugu,English, Hindi(English spoken and written preferred). Outgoing, confident, and comfortable withcold calling and persuasive communication . Ability tothink on your feetand make sound business decisions. Prior experience incustomer support, telesales, or partner managementis a plus. Highly organized, proactive, and able to managemultiple follow-upseffectively.
