Our franchise ecosystem is growing rapidly, and we are now building a dedicated app to streamline franchise operations, support, and performance tracking.About the Role : We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain the Burger Singh Franchise App - a platform for franchisees to manage their outlets, raise requests, and view business insights. The app will be developed for Web, Android, and iOS using a shared codebase. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in fast-paced environments, can work independently, and leverages modern tools (including AI assistants) to build and scale software quickly.Roles and Responsibilities : App Development- Develop a responsive web app (React.js / Next.js).- Build cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter.- Ensure fast performance, intuitive UI/UX, and scalability across devices.Backend & Integrations :- Create RESTful APIs using Node.js / Python / Java.- Integrate with third-party systems like Rista (POS), Zoho Desk, and Zoho CRM.- Implement user roles and secure authentication systems.Key Features to Develop :- Real-time stock-out tracking and ticket raising.- Analytics dashboards and reports for franchisees.- Push notifications and in-app alerts.Testing, Deployment & Maintenance :- Write unit and integration tests to ensure app stability.- Deploy the app on the App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android).- Monitor uptime, debug issues, and release timely updates.- Continuously improve performance and add new modules as required.Requirements :- Strong skills in React.js / Next.js and React Native / Flutter.- Experience with Node.js, Express, Django, or FastAPI.- Familiar with databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Snowflake.- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party system integration.- Comfortable with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.- Ability to use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up development.Preferred Skills :- Experience with POS or ERP integrations.- Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar.What We Offer :- Opportunity to build a high-impact, multi-platform app from scratch.- Work in a fast-growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand.- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows.- Collaborate with senior IT and analytics leaders.- Clear path for career growth and increased responsibilities.
