About the Role:

We're looking for a Creative Lead - someone who can take a brand idea and bring it to life across every touchpoint: menus, posters, packaging, videos, and more.

You should think visually, write sharply, brief clearly, and ship fast.

If you're obsessed with design, storytelling, food branding, or packaging that makes people stop and stare - this is your playground.

What You'll Do:

Brand Copy & Content:


- Write compelling copy for campaigns, product launches, menus, packaging, and social.

- Set and maintain brand tone across internal and external communication.

- Ideate names, taglines, captions, and snackable content.

Design Briefing & Direction

- Work closely with designers to translate ideas into posters, videos, menus, digital creatives.

- Review and refine designs - layout, color, hierarchy, typography - like a hawk.

- Maintain a creative output calendar, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Campaigns & Launches

- Own the creative side of new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

- Ensure all visual and written assets across digital and physical formats are ready and aligned.

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and store teams.

In-Store & Menu Design

- Design and refresh menus (print + digital) with strong visual and sales logic.

- Manage in-store branding - standees, danglers, counters, packaging, signage.

- Ensure every store (COCO & FOFO) looks and feels on-brand.

Franchise Creative Support

- Handle creative requests from franchise stores while protecting brand integrity.

- Provide editable templates or fast turnaround assets for regional promos or events.

AI Tools & Content Efficiency

- Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, Canva, CapCut, etc. to speed up design and content creation.

- Build a scalable creative workflow using a mix of human + AI tools.

Who You Are

- A visually-minded creator with excellent taste in branding and content.

- You can write, brief, review, and ship creative work end-to-end.

- Have led or owned creative output in a consumer, QSR, FMCG, lifestyle, or D2C brand.

- Hands-on with design and video tools (or at least know how to direct them well).

- Calm under deadlines, biased toward action, and obsessed with 4-7 years in brand, content, design strategy, or creative leadership.

- Strong copywriting + storytelling skills - from one-liners to long-form.

- Sharp visual eye - you know what makes design pop (even if you don't do the designing).

- Proven experience working with designers, editors, freelancers, and vendors.

- Comfort using or experimenting with AI tools to enhance creative velocity.

Bonus Points:

Experience with menu engineering or F&B content design.

Can use Canva/Figma for basic design tweaks.

Comfortable shooting reels or briefing influencers.

Have worked in a franchise or multi-location brand setup
