Applications from candidates requiring RELOCATION WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days ONLYTechnology : Cloud (AWS/Azure), Application stacks (Java/.NET), DevOps practices, project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOpsExperience : 8+ yearsWork Location : Sanpada, Navi MumbaiJob Description :- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timelines are met.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client expectations and organizational objectives.- Prepare and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies or traditional waterfall governance based on the project methodology.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams- Manage internal and external stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue escalation.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely delivery- Track project performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior management- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.Desired Profile :- Proven experience as a Project Manager with Minimum 8 years of experience in managing IT projects across application development, digital transformation- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies and Hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management- Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT service delivery, including scope, timelines, resource planning, and quality control- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies- Certification in PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL is highly desirable- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
