ThoughtLine Technologies is looking for dynamic, proactive and technically strong candidates to join its growing team in Technopark, Trivandrum. An ideal candidate for this role will have at least 7+ years’ of extensive hands on experience in designing and developing enterprise strength IT solutions. The individual should be pro-active with an attitude that keeps looking for solutions for the toughest of issues. Excellent communication skills will be a big plus.


Major responsibilities :

 

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Analyse and interpret business/functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Ability to interpret business/technical requirements and develop solutions.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while ensuring quality
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Attend conference calls with clients in US during late evening hours
  • Follow prescribed client standards and processes
  • Communicate progress/priorities/issues proactively to the tech lead and project manager
  • Mentor juniors


Qualifications :

  • Total 7+ years of IT experience
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in the CodeIgniter framework
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
  • Familiarity with front-end development tools like Bootstrap and jQuery
  • Good understanding of software development best practices, including code quality standards and testing methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
