We are looking for Technical Lead - NFC with 9 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune Locations.

Key Skills: NFC, C, NFC tags, RF principles

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects utilizing Near Field Communication (NFC) technologies
  • Strong programming skills in C
  • In-depth knowledge of NFC standards such as ISO/IEC 14443 and ISO/IEC 18000-3
  • Experience in implemeting NFC tags and readers
  • General knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.
  • Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Desired Skills
  • Prior experience in IoT or embedded systems development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of C++/Python development
  • Experience with RTOS development
