Building on this thinking, we have created various technology tools over the past five years and deployed them at tournaments such as the Indian Premier League, ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, ICC Women’s World Cup, and Men's FIH Hockey World Cup, to name a few.Role: As an Associate Project Manager at Quidich, you will embark on an exciting journey in the world of sports technology and play a vital role in assisting the technology team to work on global projects. Seeking a proactive and communicative leader for managing deployment operations across Unreal Engine-based platforms. Focusing on stakeholder alignment, team coordination, and structured execution, while overseeing basic Unreal Engine workflows and guiding technical teams.Responsibilities ● Leading deployment planning and execution across QT, HV, and Stiqy platforms using structured SOPs and checklists. ● Ensuring timely delivery of executable builds with zero unplanned rollbacks and minimal escalations. ● Driving deployment retrospectives to identify and implement improvement actions. ● Maintaining high-quality standards through robust testing protocols and bug detection mechanisms. ● Designing and updating SOPs for test planning, documentation, and execution. ● Tracking and resolving issues with complete closure using Zoho ticketing systems. ● Introducing automation to reduce manual testing effort and improve efficiency. ● Coordinating cross-functional teams including Unreal designers, developers, and QC leads for seamless delivery. ● Allocating resources and tasks effectively to ensure real-time bug tracking and smooth go-lives. ● Managing escalation matrices to resolve issues swiftly and avoid L3 escalations. ● Mentoring team members on deployment best practices and escalation handling. ● Enabling team independence by driving competency assessments and checklist ownership. ● Supporting strategic hiring aligned with deployment needs and reducing onboarding lag. ● Structuring onboarding processes to accelerate time-to-productivity through SOP training. ● Proposing and implementing innovative tools or processes for deployment optimization. ● Conducting biannual process reviews and quarterly innovation initiatives. ● Communicating proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and mitigate risks. ● Reducing last-minute escalations by flagging delays or blockers with advance notice. ● Promoting a feedback-driven culture through regular retrospectives and team engagement. ● Encouraging participation in value-building activities to strengthen team cohesion. ● Overseeing Unreal Engine deployment workflows with foundational technical understanding. ● Guiding Unreal Engine teams during packaging, testing, and live deployment phases.Required Skills and Competencies ● Bachelor degree in a relevant field or advanced degree preferred. ● Must have 4 Years of Experience. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Demonstrating strong stakeholder and team management capabilities. ● Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Understanding basic Unreal Engine workflows and team dynamics. ● Leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure deployment environments. ● Managing bug tracking tools and SOP documentation effectively ● Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Location:Mumbai Reporting To:Chief Deployment Officer Joining Date:Immediate to 30 Days.
