Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai/Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, technical architecture, and project management, with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the application of best practices in software development and architecture.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve project delivery and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing hands-on support when necessary.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with clients, business users, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business users, and other stakeholders.

Team Management:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop technical teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Process Optimization:

  • Implement and optimize agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices, such as Scrum, DevOps, and QA engineering.
  • Continuously assess and enhance project management processes, tools, and standards to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 18+ years of experience in IT, with extensive hands-on development and lead software development exposure.
  • Proven experience as a Technology Architect, Technical Manager, Project Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core, .NET, C#, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Microservices, REST API, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
  • Demonstrated experience with agile project delivery, JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management tools (MPP, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of modern SDLC practices, including DevOps and QA engineering.
  • Strong experience in domains such as Supply Chain Management, Insurance, BFSI, and Print and Publication.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, business-critical projects with cross-functional teams spanning multiple regions and functions.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
