Social Media and Exhibition Manager

We are looking for a versatile individual who can excel in both social media management and exhibition coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:


1. Coordinate with partners, brand consultants, and exhibitors to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions and events.

2. Manage social media platforms. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

3. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to exhibitions.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and exhibition management.

5. Assist in the organization and logistics of exhibitions, including vendor coordination, setup, and teardown.

6. Handle inquiries and correspondence related to exhibitions and social media channels.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in social media management and event/exhibition coordination.

3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficient email writing.

5. Creativity and proficiency in creating engaging content for social media platforms.

6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

9. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
