Sales Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer with proven experience in commercial vehicle finance . The role involves driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring business growth in line with organizational goals. The candidate should have prior experience in vehicle loans/finance with Banks or NBFCs.
- Generate business for commercial vehicle loans through direct sales, dealers, and channel partners.
- Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, transporters, fleet owners , and other stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits for customer sourcing, KYC collection, and loan documentation.
- Ensure timely processing and disbursal of loan applications in coordination with credit and operations teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure collections follow-up where necessary.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
- 2 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle finance / vehicle loans from Banking or NBFC sector is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of vehicle loan processes, policies, and market trends.
- Good network with transporters, fleet owners, and channel partners in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
