Description :Position Name : Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.Experience : 10+ Years.Location : Remote ( Need to visit Jaipur office location when physical existence required).Keywords : knowledge of Salesforce Admin & CPQ.Responsibilities :- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.- Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce solutions and user stories.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integrations.- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business goals.- Conduct training sessions and provide user support post-deployment.- Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs.Requirements :- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integration.- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with Agile methodologies.
