In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and associated services) across large-scale projects. Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Your Role- Review mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) designs, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications and authority requirements. - Supervise and monitor mechanical works on site to ensure proper installation, alignment, and adherence to approved drawings and standards. - Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to resolve technical conflicts and ensure seamless integration of MEP services. - Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements. - Manage subcontractors, monitor productivity, and verify progress against project schedules. - Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in line with project and authority standards. - Prepare and maintain project documentation including ITPs, checklists, NCRs, and as-built drawings. - Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Civil Defense, DEWA, ADDC, DCD) for inspections and approvals. - Support project handover by compiling O&M manuals, warranty documents, and client/consultant deliverables.What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). - 5+ years’ experience in MEP construction, with at least 2 years in the UAE. - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. - Experience in testing & commissioning of MEP systems. - Familiarity with UAE codes, regulations, and authority procedures. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM (preferred), and MS Office. - Knowledge of QA/QC processes, method statements, and ITPs. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.What We Offer- Total package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance. - The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects. - A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence. - Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
