About the Role:Euro Mechanical is looking for an experiencedEstimation & Proposals Engineerto join ourEPC & Process Solutions Division . The successful candidate will prepare precise, competitive estimates and bids for mechanical, piping, and structural works while ensuring compliance with international codes and client specifications.This position requires strong technical and analytical skills, deep understanding of EPC project estimation, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project drawings, specifications, and scope to prepare accurate cost estimates.Estimate costs for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and related static and rotating equipment.Quantify materials, fabrication, and manpower to develop detailedBOQs .Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative analyses for management review.Ensure estimates meet relevantASME, API, and client standards(including ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2).Utilize software such asPV EliteandTEMAfor design validation and estimation.Prepare and submit comprehensivetechnical and commercial bidsas per ITT/RTT/RFQ requirements.Coordinate with project and production teams for clarifications and data accuracy.Maintain and update cost databases and estimation benchmarks.Build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree inMechanical, Production, or related Engineering discipline .Minimum10 years of Estimation & Proposals experiencein theOil & Gas, Power, or Water sector .Prior experience withEPC contractorsis preferred.Strong understanding ofASME codes, fabrication processes, and equipment cost estimation .Proficiency inPV Elite, TEMA , and MS Office applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
