Responsibilities:-


● Design and implement learning and development strategy

● Lead all stages of the learning lifecycle including tool identification, curriculum design, content

development, delivery support, measurement and maintenance

● Create a robust process and framework for identifying learning needs

● Design, deliver and manage organization wide learning events and solutions

● Build and support tools that align with the learning strategy, learning experience platform, including

pathways, course catalogues, as well as delivery

● Apply change management best practices across all initiatives that impact people and culture

● Design, prepare, analyse, and report learning evaluation metrics

● Maintain knowledge of industry trends in global talent development

● Partner with leadership to provide insights on talent using data and analytics to support business

leaders; prioritize talent programs and initiatives

● Create a repository of learning interventions and resources (through networks and partnership with

organizations, people and platforms, etc.)

● effectively drive the e-learning agenda (including Learning Management Systems) to drive the learning &

development priorities

● Support development of learning programs which includes updating courseware, curricula, training

assignments, learner notification communications/rules in LMS- this cover technical/functional and

behaviour skills.


What do you need to succeed?

● College degree required; Advanced education desired.

● 10 years minimum of relevant functional L&D Experience required.

● Strong conceptual depth in learning, motivation and performance

● Good understanding of the landscape of learning; best practices and cutting edge thinking in learning

● Hand on experience in content creation using e-learning software

● Demonstrated understanding of business, department and individual learning needs in learning need

identification and learning effectiveness measurement

● Capability for end-to-end design and implementation of learning processes and interventions - from

defining desired capabilities and frameworks, identifying learning needs, designing, facilitating and

implementing L&D processes and initiatives

● Identify ways to measure and improve the effectiveness of the L&D ecosystem

● Proficiency in identifying metrics, deploying tools that assess effectiveness of learning programs and

impact on organizational outcomes

● Ability to drive learning through learning technology, an appropriate social media strategy for learning

and e-learning approaches

● Influencing; Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive change through processes, capability

building and communication

● Communication and facilitation; Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage

and educate stakeholders to drive the learning agenda

● Project Management drive and ability to deal with ambiguity
