About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI & ML Engineer to join our technology team and work on cutting-edge projects in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Deep Learning. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP solutions for real-world use cases.

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to maximize performance of LLM-based solutions.

- Implement deep learning architectures for text, speech, vision, and multi-modal applications.

- Deploy and maintain ML pipelines using MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining).

- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows.

- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.

- Optimize models for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency in production environments.

- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in all AI/ML initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.), and NLP techniques.

- Expertise in Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).

- Strong understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.

- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for LLM-powered search and retrieval.

- Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, vision, audio integration).

- Research publications, contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
