Role OverviewAs a Care Consultant, you’ll be the first touchpoint for individuals who enquire via WhatsApp, calls, ads, or walk-ins. Your job is to: Listen, understand, & reassure Explain how Ayurveda can support them (training provided) Guide them to book the right consultation/therapy Ensure they have a smooth experience from enquiry to visit You play a direct role in helping people begin their healing journey with us. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage incoming leads via calls & WhatsApp; understand their concerns. Counsel clients on Yuvrit’s Ayurvedic approach and set correct expectations. Convert qualified leads into confirmed consultations or therapy bookings. Maintain structured follow-ups, call logs, and CRM/Sheets. Handle inbound calls/messages with professionalism and warmth. Coordinate with doctors & clinic teams to ensure smooth appointments. Track conversions, show-up rates, and meet weekly performance goals. Represent Yuvrit’s values: empathy, trust, authenticity, and clinical integrity. ✅Who You AreExcellent communicator inEnglish, Hindi, and Kannada(mandatory). 1–4 years inB2C sales, telecounseling, customer success, EdTech sales, or health/wellness roles . Patient listener with strong follow-up discipline. Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable with tools (Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business). Eager to learn Ayurveda basics and communicate them confidently. Preferably based nearHSR Layout or Whitefield .
