In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of psychiatrists and psychotherapists to deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric services to a diverse patient population. Above all, you seek a rewarding career where your expertise leaves a lasting legacy, transforming lives in both the short and long term.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments, including prescribing and managing psychotropic medications. Collaborate with the mental health team, offering professional consultation and constructive feedback to strengthen our healthcare framework. Represent AYOO Care in public forums, as needed, to advocate for mental health awareness and education. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and reports to ensure seamless patient care. Contribute to quality assurance, educational initiatives, and professional committees to uphold best practices and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic, integrated care when required. Provide clinical supervision as needed, ensuring consistently high standards of care.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation : Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a specialization in Psychiatry. Expertise : Proven proficiency in psychotropic medication management and evidence-based mental health treatments. Skills : Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and written abilities; strong team collaboration skills. Language Skills : Proficiency in Hindi and English is required. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or other regional languages. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (preferred). Versatility : Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults.
