Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the stock market and has a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring social media trends, planning and creating content, and driving engagement across our social platforms, including Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and others.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Trend Monitoring: Regularly monitor social media platforms to identify trends, hashtags, and emerging topics relevant to the financial and stock advisory industry.
  • Content Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic content delivery across all platforms.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with design, video, and writing teams to create compelling and on-brand content, including posts, stories, videos, and infographics.
  • Execution & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to execute the content plan, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Engagement & Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers to increase brand loyalty and trust.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer. Prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Ownership & Initiative: Take full ownership of the social media function, driving continuous improvement and innovation in our approach.
  • Financial Market Interest: Stay informed about financial market news and developments to create timely and relevant content. A personal interest in stock investing is highly desirable.
Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the financial services or Consumer facing tech industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Twitter, , Instagram and Others.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using social media analytics tools.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable: Regular stock market investor with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
  • Attributes: High level of ownership, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
