What You'll Do (Role & Responsibilities):

  • Overall 3 – 6 years’ experience in corresponding discipline related to process management with excelled oral and written communication, experience and exposure working with business stakeholders and understanding key business domains in the area of experience
  • ARIS Junior Consultant will be proficient in modelling standards such as BPMN 2.0 using ARIS, ARIS Admin and scripting using ARIS
  • Study of economics or business analyst + consulting background + Knowledge in a BPM Tool, e.g. Signavio, iGrafix or others is a must.
  • Modelling Skills, ARIS Method & Convention Skill, coding experience (preferred Java Script) incl. documentation and testing
  • Experienced in Business Process Management and the deployment of a BPA initiatives. Familiar with BPA framework and methodology. Nice to have Software AG Prime BPA certified to facilitate ARIS projects based on Software AG's proven product methodology.
  • Responsible for key project activities and deliverables related to process management
  • At least intermediate proficiencies in two of Software AG's BITT solutions including relevant available ARIS certifications.
  • Proven track records and expertise in e.g. Business Process Management, process orchestration and architecture concepts (e.g. EA, TOGAF, etc.).
  • ARIS Senior Consultant will conduct requirements gathering, requirements analysis and review sessions for the definition, development and streamlined implementation of solutions using Software AG products.
  • Experienced in Business Process Management and the deployment of a BPA initiatives. Familiar with BPA framework and methodology.
  • He/She will analyse and reengineer business processes for seamless implementation, integration and execution on Software AG platforms.
  • Load (ETL) Skills, DB Skills, Data extraction, REST API Skills, SQL Skills

  • You will be a great communicator who is able to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
  • We are looking for individuals who will challenge ideas in a respectful manner in the pursuit of a better outcome.
  • It is expected you will be vocal in team meetings especially in refinement sessions and be able to demo work completed in reviews to stakeholders.
  • You should be passionate and take pride in your work with the ability to use initiative to make sure tasks are progressed and workload is prioritized accordingly.
