Job Summar

y:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet the organization’s staffing needs effectivel

y.Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Manage end-to-end recruitment process for domestic IT roles, ensuring seamless sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of candidate
  • s.Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job requirements and create customized hiring strategies tailored to the domestic marke
  • t.Source exceptional talent using local job boards, professional networking platforms, social media, employee referrals, and internal database
  • s.Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, Recruiter, and attendance at local networking events, to attract top talen
  • t.Provide regular progress updates, analytics, and reports on recruitment metric
  • s.Stay abreast of trends and emerging technologies within the domestic IT industry to identify niche skills and develop targeted hiring approache
  • s.Establish and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles within the domestic marke
  • t.Enhance recruitment processes continually to improve efficiency and deliver outstanding candidate experienc
  • e.Communicate effectively, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage both candidates and stakeholder
  • s.Successfully manage multiple requisitions while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environmen

t.Qualification

  • s:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
  • d.A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on the domestic market, preferably in IT consulting or a fast-paced environmen
  • t.Deep knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies, including cloud computing, software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data analytic
  • s.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
  • s.Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectivel
