Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in APAC recruitment (preferably in a staffing agency environment).
- Experience recruiting for a range of tech roles, including technical, development, and support positions.
- Strong knowledge of APAC recruitment practices and employment laws in various countries within the region.
- Proven experience using Recruiter, job boards (e.g., SEEK, Indeed, Naukri), and other sourcing tools.
- Experience in cold-calling and building relationships with passive candidates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with staffing firms or APAC clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment tracking tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
