Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in APAC recruitment (preferably in a staffing agency environment).
  • Experience recruiting for a range of tech roles, including technical, development, and support positions.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC recruitment practices and employment laws in various countries within the region.
  • Proven experience using Recruiter, job boards (e.g., SEEK, Indeed, Naukri), and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience in cold-calling and building relationships with passive candidates.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with staffing firms or APAC clients.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tracking tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
