Train, guide, and supervise the admissions team to meet targets. Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs. Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with admissions goals.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or related field. Minimum 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in admissions or student recruitment. Prior experience working in an NPF environment and handling CRM-based admissions.
