Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) business processes specific to retail (e.g., omnichannel order fulfillment, demand forecasting, automated purchase orders for replenishment) in the context of SAP S/4HANA's real-time capabilities

- Configure SAP SD and MM modules (Sales Orders, Inventory Management, Purchasing, etc. ) to meet the needs of a retail organization within the RISE with SAP managed services framework

- Perform gap analysis and develop solutions to bridge the gap between existing retail processes and SAP S/4HANA functionalities, considering areas like point-of-sale integration, drop-shipping management, and kitting for product bundles, leveraging RISE with SAP's integration capabilities

- Manage customer master data, product master data (including rich product information for online sales), and pricing within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy for effective retail operations

- Develop and maintain reports related to retail sales, inventory levels (including safety stock calculations), and purchasing, focusing on optimizing stock levels and reducing out-of-stocks, leveraging S/4HANA's advanced analytics

- Train and support end-users on SD & MM functionalities specific to retail roles within the organization.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (SD & MM) with experience in retail accounting (preferred)

- Experience with SAP SD & MM configuration and customization (3+ years) in a retail environment with S/4HANA and RISE with SAP implementations (highly preferred)

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA systems

- Excellent communication and change management skills

- Ability to translate business requirements specific to retail into technical configurations within S/4HANA

- SAP SD & MM certification for S/4HANA (preferred)
