About the role:

As Business Analyst (Digital Analytics), you will help translate business problems into unambiguous analytic problem statements and design analytical frameworks to address them. On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following:


  • Collaborate with the team of data scientists and engineers to plan and drive the execution of business solutions.
  • Contribute to client presentations, reports.
  • Handle client discussions in structured project settings


Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in Adobe/ Google Analytics user support organization wide.
  • Help to drive root cause analysis and resolution on data quality tickets, help triage support tickets for Web and App Analytics platform, including working within the Adobe/ Google user interface as well as within raw clickstream data daily.
  • Prioritize day to day intake of Adobe/ Google analytics user support questions and tickets.
  • Help to drive Business engagement initiatives for Adobe/ Google users like helping in office hours, addressing user support questions, helping to build user support documentation and find efficiencies across user support needs.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-10 years of Analytics or IT experience, at least 1+ of which include business analyst or web analytics related experience.
  • Subject matter expertise with web analytics tools (Adobe/ Google Analytics - Required).
  • Experience with SQL and ability to query large data sets for root cause analysis (Preferred).
  • Experience in tag management systems i.e. Tealium (Preferred/ Good to have), Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with decision making in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, escalate appropriately and handle multiple assignments at once.
  • Capable of communicating complex ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to communicate with user group at different levels of expertise – strong communication skills.
  • Desire to independently drive results in a fast-paced, challenging environment
